Experience & Compensation

6 to 18 Months (International Voice):
33,000 Take Home
Above 18 Months (International Voice):
39,000 Take Home

Only International Voice Experience is eligible

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle
international customer interactions via voice calls
with clarity and professionalism
Understand customer concerns and provide
accurate, timely resolutions
Maintain a
high level of customer satisfaction
through effective communication
Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Document call details accurately using internal systems
Adapt to different customer accents, cultures, and communication styles
Meet individual and team performance metrics (AHT, Quality, CSAT, etc.)

Key Requirements

Education:
Undergraduates / Graduates (Any stream)
Experience:
Mandatory International Voice Process experience
Communication:
Excellent spoken English (Voice is critical)
Skills:

Strong verbal communication
Active listening & problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in night rotational shifts
