Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Collaborate with internal teams for order or service-related resolutions.
Manage and update customer records in the system accurately.

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Educational qualification: Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome.
Must have a laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and Windows 10 Pro.
Wi-Fi connection is mandatory for remote work.
Availability to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
Must be open to work in 9-hour shifts (8 hours production + 1 hour split breaks).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Must attend and complete on-the-job training provided by the company
