Customer Service Executives

Roles & Responsibilities Customer Service Executive (Voice Process)

  • Answer customer calls politely and professionally
  • Help customers with their questions, issues, or complaints
  • Give correct information about products or services
  • Solve problems quickly or pass them to the right team
  • Keep records of calls and updates in the system
  • Follow company guidelines and scripts
  • Work towards daily targets (like number of calls, issue resolution)
  • Be on time and follow your shift schedule
  • Take training and feedback to improve

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi
  • Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 5 years) are welcome
  • Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and weekend working
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
  • Graduation or 12th Pass with relevant experience preferred
