The Executive will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support by managing service inquiries, coordinating smooth cargo movements, and promptly addressing issues that may arise in daily operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
