We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team for our domestic voice process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers.
Respond to customer queries regarding products, services, or billing issues.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Special Pay Allowance for Candidates knowing Tamil, Gujarati, and Malayalam Languages

Key Requirements:

Education:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
Language Skills: Should
know how to speak the Tamil language; basic English communication is a plus.
Experience:
Prior experience in a voice process is preferred but not mandatory.
Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
