Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Bharatpur Nagar Nigam
Work Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and service requests related to Nagar Nigam operations.
  • Maintain and update records in Excel and other required formats.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and documentation with accuracy.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and provide assistance as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
