Job Profile: Customer Service

Location: Noida

Working days: 6 days Working

Rotational Shifts for male and female.

Cab in odd hours.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via email, or chat and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on pending issues.
Assist customers with product/service information and troubleshoot basic problems.
Deliver a positive customer experience and adhere to service quality standards.

Eligibility

Any Graduate \ Fresher \ Experience can apply.
Must be fluent in written and verbal communication.
Should have good typing Speed(30 w.p.m)

Salary

Freshers: 19 k CTC (15 k in hand)

Experience: 23 k CTC (19 k in hand)

Quarterly Bonus: 3k
