As a Customer Service & Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their queries, providing solutions, and driving sales where required. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clarity, professionalism, and accuracy
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service-related queries efficiently
• Promote and pitch relevant products/services to customers (Sales Process)
• Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to quality standards
• Meet assigned service or sales targets
• Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
  

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: 2 to 2.75 LPA

• 6-day working schedule

• Day shifts / Rotational shifts available
