WE ARE HIRING IN BULK FOR THE POSITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE IN GURGAON FOR THE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSES.

Job Title:

Job Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions through phone, chat, and email.
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and resources.
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Coordinate with internal departments for order or service-related matters.
Accurately manage and update customer information in the system.

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Educational qualification: Graduation not mandatory.
Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Must attend and successfully complete company-provided training

Salary

For Freshers : 17k to 25k CTC (subject to qualification )

For Experience : 24k CTC to 35k CTC (subject to qualification and experience)
