Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious Customer Services Executive to join our team in Sector 48, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be willing to learn and grow with the company. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Interact with clients via phone and WhatsApp to provide information about products and guide them through the process.
Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.

Job Requirements

Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and systems.
Ambitious and willing to learn and grow with the company.
Must be based in Gurgaon.
