About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our inbound voice support team. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across different communication channels primarily phone support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  
• Understand and resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
  
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions within defined timelines.
  
• Escalate complex queries to relevant departments when necessary.
  
• Maintain call logs, update CRM, and document resolutions.
  
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets (AHT, quality, CSAT, etc.).
  
• Adhere to process guidelines, security policies, and shift schedules.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication skills in

  English

  (and/or required regional languages).
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and remain calm with customers.
  
• Basic computer proficiency (typing, CRM navigation, MS Office).
  
• Willingness to work

  24/7 rotational shifts

  , including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and customer-first mindset.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification:

  12th pass / Graduate (any discipline)

• Prior BPO voice experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
