Should know how to make different types of coffees (espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, etc.). Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the caf area, counters, and equipment. Greet customers, take orders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Handle billing and cash transactions accurately. Assist in stock management and inventory control. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
