You’ll handle daily seller queries, manage tickets and panel escalations, and ensure timely, high-quality resolutions by coordinating with internal teams. Responsiveness, ownership, and customer satisfaction will be your success mantra!

  • Manage inbound/outbound seller communication via calls, chats, and emails
  • Resolve issues within defined SLAs and ensure complete ticket closure
  • Coordinate across teams to deliver fast, accurate resolutions

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–4 yrs in Customer Support / Seller Success / Account Management
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  • Prior Background in SAAS companies preferred

  • Graduate in any discipline
