Hiring for Noida location !!

Domestic process Requirement :

All graduates / Undergraduates / fresher / experience can apply.

SALARY : Upto 3 LPA

International process Requirement :

Any graduates or undergraduates can apply.
Only 6 months experienced candidates can apply .

SALARY : Upto 4 LPA

Role & responsibilities:

Handle
inbound and/or outbound voice calls
in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand and respond to
customer queries, complaints, and requests
effectively.
Provide
accurate information
about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve issues
on the first call (First Call Resolution - FCR) wherever possible.
Escalate unresolved or complex queries to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Maintain
detailed and accurate call records
and customer interaction logs in CRM.
Meet performance targets such as
Average Handling Time (AHT)
and
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
scores.
Follow call scripts,
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
, and company guidelines.
Stay updated with
product knowledge, process changes, and service offerings
.
Collaborate with team members and share best practices for service improvement.
Participate in
training sessions
, team meetings, and skill development activities.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidate must have fluency in English, need excellent communication skills.

Must be comfortable with night shifts.
