Role & responsibilities

  • Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to insurance products and services.
  • Provide accurate information regarding policy coverage, claims, renewals, and premium payments.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.
