Position Overview: The Telecalling Executive at Healthmug will be responsible for reaching out to doctors, onboarding them onto the Healthmug platform, and managing ongoing sales relationships with them. This role is a blend of customer engagement, sales, and platform management, requiring persuasive communication and organizational skills to expand our network of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Doctor Onboarding: Make outbound calls to doctors to introduce them to the Healthmug platform. Explain the features and benefits of the platform and guide doctors through the registration process. Ensure successful onboarding by addressing any queries or concerns the doctors may have. 2. Sales and Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with doctors. Promote relevant products and services to doctors to encourage sales. Regularly follow up with onboarded doctors to ensure engagement with the platform. Meet sales targets by actively pitching products and services. 3. Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to doctors using the platform. Address any technical or service-related queries they might have, ensuring high satisfaction. 4. Reporting and Feedback: Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress and sales activities. Provide regular updates to the management team on performance, doctor engagement, and feedback received
