Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service & New Product Development (NPD) Associate process while managing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless communication between teams. This role is critical in delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating product launches, and acting as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customers. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Support: • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to new and existing products. • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. • List and maintain all online website listings and day to day communication and coordination for online including promotions, discounts etc New Product Development (NPD) Coordination: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Operations) to support NPD initiatives. • Assist in gathering customer feedback and market insights to inform product development. • Track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met for product launches. • Prepare and distribute NPD-related documentation, including specifications and launch materials. Vendor & Supplier Coordination: • Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes. • Monitor vendor performance, including quality, timelines, and compliance with agreements. • Assist in negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors (as needed). • Maintain vendor records and update databases with order statuses and lead times.Reporting & Process Improvement: • Generate reports on customer feedback, vendor performance, and NPD progress. • Identify inefficiencies in customer service or vendor processes and suggest improvements. • Contribute to the development of SOPs for customer service and vendor management. Qualifications & Skills: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or related field. • Experience: o 2+ years in customer service, vendor coordination, or operations (experience in NPD is a plus). o Familiarity with product development cycles or supply chain processes. • Technical Skills: o MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) o Experience with procurement or vendor management tools is a bonus. • Soft Skills: o Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. o Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. o Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to coordination. o Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
