Job Description

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inbound Calls:

    • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and health-related inquiries.
    • Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
    • Offer guidance and support for clients seeking health and wellness solutions.
  2. Outbound Calls:

    • Conduct follow-up calls to clients for feedback, service updates, or to offer additional services.
    • Engage in proactive outreach to inform clients about new products, promotions, and wellness programs.
    • Manage and track call lists to ensure timely and efficient follow-up.
  3. Communication Skills:

    • Utilize effective voice modulation and a pleasing tone to create a positive experience for customers.
    • Demonstrate strong active listening skills and articulate responses clearly.
    • Adapt communication style to match the needs and preferences of diverse clients.
  4. Record Keeping and Reporting:

    • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations.
    • Report on common issues and customer feedback to help improve services and processes.
  5. Product and Service Knowledge:

    • Stay informed about the latest wellness and health products, services, and industry trends.
    • Continuously update knowledge base to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  6. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.
    • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and share insights.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    High School / Diploma or equivalent; higher education
  • Experience:

    Previous experience in a customer service role,

  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasing and professional voice.
    • Proficiency in English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Technical:

    Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.

  • Traits:

    Empathetic, patient, and proactive in problem-solving.
