Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at TATA CAPITAL LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking industry.
Strong knowledge of motor finance and PV finance products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
