Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and maintain a positive relationship throughout the interaction.
  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide excellent client servicing by addressing concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage billing processes accurately and efficiently for clients' renewals and payments.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on customers' needs.
  • Updating the CRM and Billing softwares.
  • Coordinating with different internal teams.
  • Tracking customer usage, calculating overages, sending invoices and payment follow ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent English language proficiency with good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and technologies.
  • 3-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling customer support or services.
