Roles and Responsibilities Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and maintain a positive relationship throughout the interaction. Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues promptly. Provide excellent client servicing by addressing concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage billing processes accurately and efficiently for clients' renewals and payments. Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on customers' needs. Updating the CRM and Billing softwares. Coordinating with different internal teams. Tracking customer usage, calculating overages, sending invoices and payment follow ups. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent English language proficiency with good verbal & written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure. Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and technologies. 3-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling customer support or services.
