Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Resolve complaints efficiently, empathetically, and in a timely manner. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure complete satisfaction. Maintain customer records and update internal databases with information. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) to resolve complex issues. Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights for improvement. Maintain service quality standards and adhere to company protocols. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
