Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with production and dispatch teams, and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining excellent communication between customers and internal departments.

• Plan dispatches efficiently by coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good Knowledge on production.
• Strong Leadership & Interpersonal skills.
• Min 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
• 5-8 years of experience in after-sales service or a related field.
  
• Strong skills in client communication, complaint handling, dispatch planning, logistics coordination, order status updates, query resolution, shipment tracking, servicing excellence.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines.
