Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Customer Service Executive Navi Mumbai, vikroli (Mumbai), Delhi NCR, Noida

Job Overview:

The Customer Service Executive serves as the primary point of contact for Uber, ensuring that riders, drivers, and partners receive timely, accurate, and empathetic support. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction

Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person and via other channels.

Provide accurate information about Ubers services, policies, and procedures.

Handle queries related to rides, payments, cancellations, refunds, and account issues.

2. Issue Resolution

Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer problems efficiently.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to specialized teams when necessary.

Follow up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.

3. Data & Documentation

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

Track and analyze recurring issues to identify trends and recommend improvements.

4. Customer Experience

Ensure each interaction reflects Uber’s brand values and communication tone.

Collect feedback and provide insights to internal teams for service enhancements.

5. Collaboration

Work closely with operations, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues.

Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience.

6. Compliance & Quality

Adhere to company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: 0–6 years in customer service, operations , sales , tele sales.

Salary - 18k to 25k Inhand (Depends On interview)

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Other: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
