Job Description

Assistant Co-ordinator CSAT

Location : Andheri east (Marol)

1) Conduct outbound calls to customers to gather feedback and insights.

2) Analyze survey data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and implement effective solutions.

4) Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and promptly resolve any issues or concerns.

5) Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

6) Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.

Requirements:

1) Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service or customer support, for more than a year. (We can consider freshers with excellent communication skills)

2)Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3)Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

4)Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

5) Fixed shift from 10 am to 7 pm with Sundays off.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates fluent in English and Hindi, with consideration for proficiency in South Indian languages.
