Skills Description:The process of evaluating and assessing potential candidates for a job or position within an organization which involves asking questions, discussing qualifications and experience, and gauging the suitability of the candidate for the role based on their skills, competencies, and cultural fit with the company. Process Description:Conducting a high volume of outbound calls to candidates for screening, obtaining required documentation prior to onboarding, following up on pending tasks and reminders for interview and assessment appointments to move candidates forward to hire. Offering Description:Improve workforce performance and productivity and boosts business agility by staffing to meet volume and business demands

Roles & Responsibilities:Conduct high volume outbound calls to screen candidatesSend emails and texts to applicants in the onboarding process to prepare for their first dayConduct follow up calls monitor text and email responses as needed to assist with follow up questions and responses Respond efficiently and accurately to candidates explainingEngage in active listening with candidates confirming and or clarifying information and deescalating as neededComplete hiring process end to end in WorkdayEducate Applicants on onboarding processExtend offers to candidatesUpdate client system with notes and outcome of actions completed Qualification Any Graduation
