Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals, especially within the healthcare commerce domain.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Create sales forecasts and action plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 15–20 sales representatives to consistently, understand the Area of improvements & deliver high performance.
  • Promote a culture of agility, ownership, and accountability suited to a startup or Fast paced Environment.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

Performance and Data-Driven Management

  • Define, track, and manage sales performance using KPIs and OKRs.
  • Analyze sales data to provide insights and implement improvements in strategy and execution.
  • Create regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Revenue and Growth

  • Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and feature launches.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience as Sales Lead/ Manager - B2C
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue and scaling sales teams in a star-tup or fast paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare industry (Preferred)
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills; hands-on experience with KPIs, OKRs, and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
