Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by acquiring business from leads provided by 4-5 assigned banks. You will be required to identify and develop new markets and segments in alignment with the company's sales strategy. Building a strong customer base to facilitate cross-selling and up-selling opportunities will be a key focus. Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with bank staff is crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate should be between 23 to 35 years old and hold a graduation or post-graduation degree. A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the Insurance, BFSI, or NBFC industry is preferred for this position.,
