Job Description

As a revenue generation specialist, your primary responsibility will be to acquire business from leads generated through the assigned 4-5 banks. You will play a crucial role in cascading incentive programs to bank staff, motivating them to drive revenue growth. In addition to securing new business, you will focus on building a strong customer base to facilitate cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Cultivating long-term relationships with bank staff will be key to your success in this role. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with bank personnel, coupled with your sales acumen, will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets and fostering a positive reputation for the organization.,
