Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our team in Vijayapura. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Roles and Responsibility

Perform customer retention activities with the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.

Identify potential business opportunities and collect customer documents for validation.

Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the disbursement process.

Fulfill the sanction ratio requirement and meet customer needs.

Cross-sell multiple products under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.

Empanel new vendors and develop relationships with their help.

Job

Any graduate degree is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Basic knowledge of audit/RBI regulations compliance.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
