Role & responsibilities To fill up visa application forms as per various consulates requirements . To accurately check for all documents as per consulate requirement on that day.Send followup email to the client with status - submitted/require additional documents,etc. Submit online e visa application to the respective consulates and make payment as per their fees. To update client with visa status on the cases submitted/on the updation from the visa consular offices of different location for different documentation required for visas. To accurately bill for all visa services rendered on day to day basis.Have the bills updates with proper account code after checking the right commercials. Collecting relevant documents and accordingly align with the requirements. Maintain daily tracker of visa applications and update clients on the latest update. Update to all clients on latest changes in requirements / Processing times etc..... Liason with various consulates/VFS / Suppliers. Handling complaint by retrieving the information circulated by the above updation. Preferred candidate profile Visa Operations Experience
