Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with prospective customers and explain RoadCast’s products & services.
  • Proactively pitch solutions in a clear, impactful, and professional manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest the most suitable solutions.
  • Achieve conversions through direct interactions and assist customers with the purchase process.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support.
  • Represent RoadCast positively and maintain a strong brand presence.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or direct customer engagement (Freshers welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable engaging customers in person for extended durations.
  • Basic tech-savviness or experience in selling technology-based products will be an added advantage.
