Customer Relationship Officer (US Voice Process)

You will be part of a team at Ecorgy Solutions, contributing to the transformation of patient care in the US Healthcare industry. As a Customer Relationship Officer, your role involves being the primary contact for U.S.-based patients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and support. By handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining ongoing communication, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the dedicated point of contact for patients in the US, addressing their healthcare needs and queries efficiently. - Managing inbound and outbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy. - Providing accurate information on medical services, appointments, and other related queries. - Establishing trust and rapport with patients through excellent listening and problem-solving skills. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of patient concerns and follow-up. - Maintaining detailed records of patient interactions to enhance service quality. Qualifications required for this role: - Mandatory degree qualification. - 1 to 10 years of experience in international voice processes; freshers may also be considered. - Excellent English communication skills with an American accent being advantageous. - Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Willingness to work night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM / 12:30 AM to 9:30 AM) from the Trivandrum office location. - Immediate joiners are preferred, especially candidates from Trivandrum or nearby areas.
