Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) at Ecorgy Solutions, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience for patients receiving home health care services. Your responsibilities will include serving as the dedicated point of contact for patients regarding their healthcare needs and queries, handling inbound and outbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy, providing accurate information regarding medical services and appointments, building trust and rapport with patients through strong listening and problem-solving skills, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the timely follow-up and resolution of patient concerns. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining records of patient interactions and striving to meet or exceed quality assurance and service standards. Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with any degree and 1 to 10 years of international voice process experience, though freshers can also be considered. Excellent English communication skills, good computer skills, and a willingness to work night shifts (9:30PM to 6:30AM/12:30AM to 9:30AM) from our Trivandrum office location are essential.
