Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) at Ecorgy Solutions , you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience for patients receiving home health care services. Roles/Responsibilities include but not limited to: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for patients regarding their healthcare needs and queries. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails with professionalism and empathy. Provide accurate information regarding medical services, appointments etc. Build trust and rapport with patients, demonstrating strong listening and problem-solving skills. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of patient concerns. Maintain records of patient interactions Strive to meet or exceed quality assurance and service standard. Qualifications: Any degree. 1 to 10 years of international voice process experience is preferred. Freshers can also be considered. Excellent English communication skills Good Computer skills Willing to work in Night shifts (9:30PM to 6:30AM/12:30AM to 9:30AM) from Trivandrum office location Immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum or near by locations preferred.
