Customer Relationship Officer (US Voice Process)

You will be working as a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) at Ecorgy Solutions, a healthcare back-office BPO organization based in Trivandrum. Your role will focus on providing seamless and compassionate support to patients receiving home health care services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their healthcare needs and inquiries with professionalism and empathy. - Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails effectively, providing accurate information on medical services and appointments. - Establish trust and rapport with patients by actively listening and resolving their concerns promptly. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of patient issues. - Maintain detailed records of patient interactions to track progress and ensure quality service delivery. **Qualifications:** - Minimum qualification of any degree. - Preferably 1 to 10 years of experience in international voice processes; freshers will also be considered. - Strong English communication skills and proficient computer knowledge. - Willingness to work night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM/12:30 AM to 9:30 AM) from the Trivandrum office location. - Immediate joiners and candidates residing in or near Trivandrum are preferred.
