Customer Relationship Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing top-notch service.
• Coordinate with customers via calls, emails, and messages to ensure a smooth, personalized, and memorable experience.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by gathering feedback, conducting surveys, and continuously improving the experience.
• Manage and maintain accurate customer data for effective communication, personalized outreach, and targeted marketing.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling — turning happy customers into loyal brand advocates.
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and personalized campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to create a seamless and consistent customer journey.
• Use insights and metrics to improve processes and strengthen relationships over time.

You’ll Need:

 ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.

✅ Proven experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or account management.

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn challenges into solutions.

✅ Experience with CRM tools, data management, and customer feedback analysis.

✅ A customer-first mindset and a knack for building meaningful relationships.
