Customer Relationship Manger We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relationship Manager (Service Head/Manager) to oversee the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing service processes, and maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:  Service Operations: Manage daily service operations (Installation, Commissioning), Monitoring & analyzing customer complaint on daily basis.  Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the service team to achieve performance goals.  Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.  Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in service processes and implement best practices.  Budget Management: Oversee service budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising service quality.  Reporting: Monitor service performance through key metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.  Compliance: Ensure all service activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.  Stock Management: Ensure sales of Spare part and management of stock at various locations. Qualifications:  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Administration.  Proven experience of 10-15 years in service management, preferably in Mining industry.  Strong leadership and team management skills.  Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
