Customer Relationship Manager

Ltd. is a leading engineering manufacturing company specializing in Bulk Material Handling Systems, Conveyor Systems, and custom engineering solutions. We are looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Manager to act as the key link between our company and our valued customers, ensuring seamless order execution, timely deliveries, and smooth payment processes. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between the company and customers. Track and monitor the entire process from order receipt to material delivery and payment collection. Confirm delivery plans with customers and update them on order status proactively. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time material delivery as per customer requirements. Follow up with customers for Invoice and Material Delivery confirmation. Confirm from customer if GRN (Goods Receipt Note) has been made. Track bills due for payment, identify the right contact person, and follow up for timely payment. Maintain proper follow-up to ensure on-time payments. Provide excellent Customer Service by updating customers if there are any delays or changes. Prepare and manage reports using Excel / Google Sheets. Draft professional emails and maintain clear communication. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication skills (verbal & written) – Good English is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets. Excellent email drafting and follow-up skills. Soft-spoken, professional, and customer-focused. Ability to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and customers. Preferred Attributes Married female candidates residing nearby IDA Bollaram / Miyapur preferred.
