Store Executive

About Us United Global Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a leading engineering manufacturing company specializing in Bulk Material Handling Systems, Conveyor Systems, and custom engineering products. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Stores Executive to manage and streamline our store operations. Key ResponsibilitiesStock Management: Maintain accurate inward and outward stock records. Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Factory Store Upkeep: Maintain the store in a systematic, organized, and neat condition. Physical Stock Verification: Conduct regular stock-taking and reconcile physical stock with system records. Material Issuance: Issue materials to production accurately as per requirements. Quality Inspection: Inspect inward materials for quality, specifications, and dimensions using vernier calipers and other tools. Minimum Stock Levels: Ensure buffer stock is maintained to avoid production delays. FIFO Implementation: Follow First In, First Out (FIFO) for material consumption to prevent aging. Coordination: Work closely with Purchase and Production departments for smooth supply chain operations. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and updated stock records in Google Sheets / MS Excel. Mechanical Component Identification: Identify and handle mechanical components like bearings, fasteners, and fabricated parts. Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory: Computer proficiency – Google Sheets / MS Excel. Mechanical knowledge – ability to check dimensions using vernier calipers and identify mechanical items. Prior factory inventory management experience. Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping skills. Attention to detail and ability to maintain systematic processes. Preferred Attributes Minimum 2 years of experience in handling stores, preferably in a manufacturing company.
