Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities     1. Sales & Business Development - Actively prospect and generate leads from ultra-HNI communities, luxury societies, and corporate networks. - Conduct personalised pitches and private venue tours for prospective clients. - Achieve monthly party booking targets and revenue goals. - Collaborate with the Centre Manager to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns. - Build a strong pipeline of repeat customers through personalised follow-ups. 2. Client Relationship Management - Act as the single point of contact for booked clients from inquiry to post-event feedback. - Understand client requirements in detail (theme, décor, F&B, entertainment) and ensure flawless execution. - Send event reminders, confirmations, and personalised greetings. - Maintain a detailed CRM database of past and prospective clients. 3. Upselling & Cross-Selling - Identify and pitch premium add-ons (celebrity chefs, décor upgrades, luxury return gifts, birthday bus, etc.). - Achieve upsell targets to boost per-event profitability. - Collaborate with the operations team to deliver promised upgrades seamlessly. 4. Brand Representation - Represent Célébré Privé at luxury exhibitions, society events, and influencer gatherings. - Maintain exceptional grooming and communication standards at all times. - Ensure all client interactions reflect SkyJumper’s luxury hospitality ethos.
