We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, have a strong personality, and be a graduate.

As a CRM Executive, your primary responsibility will be managing customer relationships, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining a positive experience for our clients. You will be required to communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers to resolve queries, provide solutions, and enhance the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer queries through calls, emails, or chat
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Assist in problem-solving and resolving customer complaints
• Maintain CRM database with up-to-date customer information

Qualifications:

• Graduate (Any stream)
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications
