As a Customer Relationship Manager at our company, your role will involve providing exceptional support to customers during the sales process, building strong relationships, and driving sales conversions. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in customer support or sales, preferably in a similar industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
