Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction. • Handle customer queries, issues, and escalations professionally and promptly. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely resolutions. • Maintain customer records, prepare reports, and track follow-ups. • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand needs and identify improvement areas. • Support sales/operations team in client communication and retention activities. • Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. Skills & Requirements: • Excellent communication skills — English fluency is mandatory. • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities. • Good problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Professional, confident, and customer-focused personality. Education: Graduate (preferred)
