JOB DESCRIPTION: Virtual Relationship Manager – Banking Sales Location: Remote / Virtual Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers) Employment Type: Full-Time Education: Graduation (10+2+3) Age Range: 18 – 30 years Languages Required: English, Hindi,Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam Salary: 16,000 - 25,000 + Incentives We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) to join our Banking Sales team. The VRM will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, providing superior digital banking experiences, and driving sales of the bank’s products and services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to deliver consistent engagement with a large portfolio of clients. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Relationship ManagementEngage regularly with Imperial customers as per defined contact policies. Provide a consistent, superior digital experience and ensure world-class service delivery. Maintain continuous interaction with 500–600 mapped customer groups, ensuring accurate and complete recording of all interactions. Handle customer calls as per standard guidelines and provide accurate resolution to queries. Promote digital banking services for enhanced customer experience. Profile customers to support appropriate cross-servicing of bank products. Monitor large account movements, deposit account closures, and proactively manage attrition. Drive customer retention through strong relationship management and proactive engagement. Sales & Portfolio ManagementMeet scorecard targets and portfolio benchmarks as per bank guidelines. Achieve portfolio objectives for Imperia – VRM Sales. Cross-sell bank products based on customer profiling and engagement. Ensure penetration across product segments including TPP, Assets, Cards, etc. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products. Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial transactions and requests. Compliance & Process AdherenceEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines. Log interactions, complaints, and profiling details accurately in CRM Next. Maintain high portfolio quality and monitor eligibility-based relationship enhancements. Support end-to-end resolution of customer issues within defined timelines.
