Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

📍Hyderabad, India (Onsite from day one)


About the Role

We are looking for a presentable and manageable Customer Relationship Manager to join our IT and Software Development company in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will maintain strong client relationships, manage clients, and manage the show by ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. This role focuses on communication, professionalism, and leadership rather than prior staffing experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Manage clients and oversee the show, taking complete responsibility for handling client communication and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions.
  • Coordinate with delivery, project, and management teams to meet client expectations.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to ensure ongoing engagement and support.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing client accounts for growth or collaboration.
  • Resolve any client concerns quickly and effectively while maintaining professionalism.
  • Represent the company with confidence, a positive attitude, and a polished presence.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Post-Graduation or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Smart, confident, presentable, and well-mannered personality.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to travel, meet clients, and engage them proactively to strengthen relationships.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts independently.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
  • Capable of managing meetings, updates, and escalations with poise.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, corporate client management, or business coordination.
  • Exposure to IT or technology environments is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of professional etiquette and business communication.
