Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Location: HairCulture Studio, Qatar
Department: Customer Experience
Reports To: Branch Head / Operations Manager

Job Purpose:

The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and service excellence at HairCulture Studio – Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer journey from enquiry to post-service follow-up, while coordinating with internal teams to uphold the brand's standards in hair replacement, transplant, and related services.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Handling & Satisfaction

  • Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Understand clients’ hair care needs and recommend appropriate HairCulture services.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Follow up with customers post-procedure to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

2. Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients to promote loyalty and retention.
  • Maintain and update customer records with detailed interaction history and service preferences.
  • Manage VIP and high-profile clients with discretion and enhanced service levels.

3. Sales Support & Service Promotion

  • Convert enquiries into consultations and sales by clearly communicating service benefits.
  • Coordinate with the telecalling and front office teams to ensure seamless customer flow and communication.

4. Operational Coordination

  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure service readiness and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with the branch manager and other departments to resolve service issues promptly.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer satisfaction, complaints, feedback, and follow-ups.

5. CRM System Management

  • Maintain accurate data entry in CRM software and ensure timely updates.
  • Generate reports on customer behavior, satisfaction trends, and improvement areas.

Key Requirements:Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in customer service or relationship management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry, will be a plus.
  • Experience working with CRM software and client databases is preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-focused approach and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic or Malayalam is a plus.
  • Confident, presentable, and well-groomed.

Working Hours:

6 days a week (Day off will be assigned based on schedule)

Compensation:

As per industry standards + attractive incentives based on customer satisfaction and conversion metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
