Position: Customer Delight Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service interactions
• Ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience across all stages of project execution
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with a solution-oriented approach
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, service) to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and retention metrics
• Proactively follow up with clients post-installation to ensure continued satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions
• Contribute to the development of service improvement plans based on customer insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or client relationship management (experience in solar/energy industry is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle pressure and manage conflict professionally
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
