Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Team Lead to manage residential solar project execution in Lucknow . The ideal candidate will oversee a team of field technicians, ensure smooth installation of rooftop solar systems, and deliver excellent customer experiences from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team responsible for residential solar project installations. Oversee project planning, site surveys, system installations, and commissioning. Coordinate with the design, sales, and operations teams to ensure project timelines are met. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Handle on-site troubleshooting and customer escalations during project execution. Train and mentor junior technicians and field staff. Maintain regular reporting on project progress, team performance, and client feedback. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers during and after installation. Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. 3+ years of hands-on experience in solar project execution, including team management. Strong technical knowledge of residential rooftop solar systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with fieldwork and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with government policies, DISCOM procedures, and net metering processes is a plus.
