Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage client relationships, handle customer queries, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining CRM databases, supporting sales operations, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer information in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients to maintain relationships.
Generate and analyze CRM reports to track performance and client interactions.
Handle client queries and provide timely support or escalate to the concerned department.
Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth project handover.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain communication logs and ensure data accuracy in the CRM tool.

Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
